Alex Kerten is the founder and director of the Gyro-Kinetics method to treat Parkinson's sufferers. Born in 1945 in Israel, Alex developed a magnetic affinity for music from a very young age, with a special love for jazz and improvisation. He was introduced to Martial Arts in the Israel Defense Forces and he continued to pursue that field in the Far East.
