I groom Scrum Masters, and coach Teams, and Product Owners. Working with teams, I help them excel with Agile and Scrum and encourage them to adopt Lean, Kanban and XP practices. I coach organizational leaders to become servant leaders. I also facilitate communities of practice and leadership team discussions. ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE AGENT As a culture and organizational change agent, I help organizations transform and create a culture that puts people first, increases employee engagement and keeps the right people on the team. I create transparency that makes organizational impediments visible so that they can be addressed and overall productivity improved. I work as a servant leader and collaborate with other leaders and change agents to establish an Agile Champions team and maximize the impact and benefit from the Agile Transformation. AGILE TRAINER I am a dynamic trainer favoring hands-on and experiential learning approaches and workshops.
