Hello. If you don't already know me, I'm a physician, author, stress coach and Founder of the Stress Mastery Academy. For the past 30 years, I've been helping people eliminate stress from their lives without having to manage it. Now, however, and for the past 35 years, I hardly ever feel angry or stressed anymore. I've been happily married to my wife Christina for 29 years and I couldn't be happier with my life and all the opportunities ahead of me. What made the difference for me was finding out just how wrong most of our ideas about stress truly are today and then having the good fortune to gain new understandings that led me to develop both the coping and teaching abilities I have today.
