For five of those years, he worked solely in a health-conscious, plant-based restaurant, proving that a healthy lifestyle does not have to sacrifice flavor or pleasure. Having experienced the benefits of keeping off unwanted weight and protecting against chronic disease himself, Hughie is passionate about helping others transform their lives through easy-to-implement dietary changes.
