Mark Edwards

Seriously – life is pretty tough right now. Mark Edwards writes books to help people deal with that. Belonging (co-authored) is a book to help companies become more diverse, and to help everyone at work contribute to a Belonging Culture where we can all be free to be ourselves. The Tao of Bowie is a self-help book that draws 10 lessons from David Bowie’s epic voyage through life and helps the reader apply these powerful ideas to their own journey. Mark is a journalist who began his career on some magazines that were really rather cool quite a long time ago – The Face, Arena, Blitz – and for the past 25 years his work has appeared virtually every week in The (London) Sunday Times. Mark is also a coach/trainer who works with individuals and companies using methods underpinned by Mindfulness and the Buddhist techniques on which Mindfulness is based. He lives in London, is married with two daughters, and is definitely not addicted to playing Pro Evo Soccer on the Playstation – because that would hardly fit with the whole “mindfulness teacher” image, would it?
