Not exactly what I was looking for

I was expecting to know more on how to reverse back NAFLD. However I haven't learned much from the book on this matter and I don't think the author mentioned on what bases the 28days period was chosen.

New to diagnosis of fatty liver disease

The book describes diet and offensive meds and other practices that are toxic to fatty liver. I found that I was doing good my diet but room for improvement. Good book!

Probably THE worst value audio “book” (more like a pamphlet!)

Although the material is ok I believe with effort I could source and produce better material in a day or so!

VERY disappointed! I may even complain to Audible if they’ll listen?

Insightful and gives a good starting point to help liver health. not to long so is easy to listen to in 30mins or so. Will be able to go back and forth to pick up points again
