Getting a good eight hours sleep is possible

My husband and I listened to this book last night when neither of us could sleep. This morning we both woke about the same time and said wow, I had a good nights sleep. We will listen to this book many times I'm sure, because this book really works. We both highly recommend this book to everyone.

Loved it!

As a stressed out and overworked mother of two young children and a husband this book was super helpful. I often need friendly and helpful reminders to 1. Take care of myself. 2. appreciate the little things and not stress about all the irrelevant stuff that I can not change. If we don't take care of ourselves there is a trickle effect that will eventually effect the people you are trying to protect and make sacrifices for. I thought this book was helpful and reduced my stress levels and made me focus on my own healing.

Made my nights better

I struggled with a lot of anxiety, and this book took it all away. I learn how to meditate and not just meditate but to do it effectively. No more nightly stress and late night cries. I feel amazing!

I feel at peace!

Brillianlty explained

I am a classic overthinker and have been dealing with anxiety most of my life due to certain circumstances, especially in my childhood, out of my control. This feeling of not being in control of my life has definitely been a challenge in my adult life and has created a lot of anxiety and fear. This audiobook has some really great and useful tools for anyone dealing with overthinking and a sense that they lack control over things.

Well written

I had to take a cup of coffee several times, so I won’t have to fall asleep from listening to this audiobook. The soothing voice of the narrator and the relaxing background music worked hand in hand in this audiobook. It is perfect for anyone who is suffering from anxiety, depression, and lack of sleep. It was like a sleeping med for me. The message inside is easy to relate with and I will recommend it for anyone finding it difficult to sleep. It will help to relax your mind.

Just the Tonic Needed to Deep Relief


I just love this meditation for stress relief and better sleep. Everything seems easier to cope with when you have a great night’s sleep. This audiobook definitely worked on me and its soothing tone helped to calm my nerves. Softly sending you into a deep sleep to wake up refreshed and able to get on with your day with focus.

Powerful

Meditation is the best brain food!

Out of all the things you can do for your health, meditation is the very best and most healing. I have been meditating for years, and I am certain it is one of the main reasons why my mental health is in order. I come from a long line of depression, anxiety and stress disorders. I refuse to subscribe to that narrative, and I took charge with the power of meditation. This series is a wonderful guided experience, perfect for any level meditator. Use this book to get more meditation in your life, you will not regret it!

Great resource for meditation!

Beautiful!

I found this at the perfect time in my life. It is a chaotic time for me and I needed something to bring me back to a state of love and peace. This was exactly what I needed and it worked. I am sleeping better and feel so much lighter! I would highly recommend listening to this!

Really helped me to relax and let go!

Relaxing

Calming music, breathing techniques and guided mediations covering all sorts of different ailments. The meditations are nicely guided and made me feel very relaxed. There's various sessions included so you can do one a day as you please.

Thorough guided meditations
