This is a very delightful piece of audio to listen to. I find the specifics and information to be very simple to apply, and it also makes listening enjoyable for the listeners.

Definitely a strong recommendation!

I definitely get a better night's sleep when I listen to this before going to bed. It took me a couple of tries to get into it, but not because it was bad. I'm only doing it because I've never done it before.

I'm finding it much easy to meditate now. I become more concentrated, and the person listening to the guided meditation voice finds it very peaceful and soothing.

book was good until he started with "the Lord" crap. leave this mythical creature out of it.

Beware Christians!

I liked the voice in the sample. The first meditation began to honor Krishna. I think a warning should be present. I feel deceived and don’t know if I’ll try to listen to anything else in the book. I had to stop listening.
