Magnificent!

The inspiration you need!

I listen to the affirmation to myself silently first, followed by reading it aloud. It's amazing how I feel like these affirmations are custom-tailored to ME and I find myself always somehow being able to connect with my affirmation of the day. Throughout the day I try to carry it with me whichever way I can. It is the perfect reminder and pick-me-up when I am feeling bogged down by what life sometimes throws my way!

Fantastic self-help book

Great Resource for Affirmations

So far I am picking out affirmations for Weight-Loss and using them interchangeably. It gets other ideas flowing and my affirmation can become more like a positive prayer. Giving thanks and accepting the wonderful gifts that the universe is preparing for me.
