One of the BEST books on managing teams ever written!

This book blew me away! Written in bite-size “chapters” that are short but full of meaning, this book is full of deeply practical advice and ideas. Wonderfully supported with real-life examples in clear, cogent language - it’s a fascinating read/listen. I will be reading -and re-reading- this book for a long time! Highly recommended!

A lot of very useful motivating tips.

This book gave a lot of motivating tips. I didn’t agree with all the tips but for the majority, I can see using in my journey to becoming a good motivator.
