Exceptionally easy listen

This was a very calming listen. The background music fitted the subject matter perfectly and I found this to be a positive and uplifting book. I have trouble sleeping and often listen to audiobooks as I drift off and found this a relaxing book to do this to. The added bonus is the subconscious kicks in absorbing all the good vibes. Well worth getting .

Empowering Morning Habit

I have been trying to get into the habit of taking some quiet time to focus before work in the mornings, however, this has proven difficult while working from home. I got this audiobook to allow me to focus completely on mediation. The combination of calming music and narration really helps you to become calm and focused on a busy day in front of you.

Get yourself some positivity

This short audiobook is a great booster at the beginning of your day to put you in the right mindset. I found this listen very relaxing, enjoyed the affirmations and the narration was just right for this type of audiobook.

Amazing book of affirmations!!

This book is brilliant for whenever I need a break from racing thoughts, or to turn around a negative mindset. It's a positive and meditative listen, great to set the tone in the mornings, or calm down the mind before bed. I struggle with neverending racing thoughs a lot, which often makes it hard to fall asleep. This audiobook really helps to break the chain of thoughts and feel calmer and happier. Would 100% recommend!

Great short listen

I really enjoyed listening to this. The affirmations were all what I needed to hear. One of my favourite affirmations were “I love myself for who I am”. I think anyone who feels low on self-esteem should listen to this. The narrator has a powerful way of getting the message across and uplifting your mood.
I must add, I would’ve preferred if the author attached a PDF with all the affirmations so I could’ve had the option to read them over to myself too.

Informative!

Thoughts are who we are, so changing one's opinions will increase positive thinking and way of life. This book will help anyone with negative thoughts, worry issues, and stressed-out life change thought patterns and be positive to achieve positive outcomes.
