Misleading Book Description

The description of this book implies that it is research based, but it is not. It is a faith based book with a strong bias toward a patriarchal world view. I would not recommend this book to my friends and colleagues. And, I believe the description is highly misleading.

Insightful and thought provoking book

I found this book to be a great source of thought provoking ideas, actions and insights. I like the beachball concept - it has helped me become more thoughtful in dealing with people who operate very specifically in certain functions. They often have a very specific and focused view. Understanding that view can really enhance the dialog possible with them.

Not great

The narrator asks to rerecord a sentence and the sound quality isn't great. It wasn't easy to listen to.
