Clear, concise and practical!

This book focuses more on the important part of what I needed. Fat burning! Such great advice and a lot of personal stories shared to give you that extra bit of help
You need! I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking to learn proper techniques in burning fat! Thank you for another great read!

Great book with many easy and not time-consuming recipes. I also like how the recipes use things that can be found in every supermarket, based on sizes that things typically come in. So far everything I've made has been very good. The only thing that could be better would be pictures of the recipes.Highly recommended

Metabolism for lasting change!

Not what I wanted

This is such an informative book and it’s balanced and makes sense. I better understand my body and how best to support it and remain healthy. I read the kindle version in a day and I’ve ordered it in hardback too!

One Smart Guy

This book is a game-changer. When you start to listen to your body and become a diet detective, you no longer are a slave to every fad diet that comes down the pike. You learn to keep your metabolism working and how to start working smarter. I love this and recommend it to all my clients at my fitness center.

I really like this workout.

I am a former ballet dancer, and while out of shape, I already get the moves. I have read several reviews that say she moves through exercises too fast. I think that can be the case if you aren't familiar with the moves. The thing I generally do with all workouts is watching them once without participating and stop and back up on any moves I don't get. In all, I enjoy the workout and have found it effective.

Fantastic!

LOVE this workout! Before starting it, I thought I was in good physical shape. This workout kicked my butt! I love that it actually gets harder, the more you do this workout. Always by the end, I'm dripping in sweat.
