I like the author's style.
The book is laid out very well and the methods are easy to follow. I love the entire section about exercise which also includes detailed pictures which helps a lot. To top it off everyone is selling the "magical pill" types of information which gets even more annoying when none of them work.

Very good tips!
After picking up a shorter book by this author about losing unwanted water weight in 24 hrs, I decided to give this book a try and was not disappointed. There is a section on exercise with tips on how to do them with pictures. It's also very easy to understand and follow.

Given my workout program the retooling it needed
And most of all, it's helped to make my lifestyle even healthier, meaning better sleeping, more energy during the day, and better results at the end of each week. You also get a ton of recipes. If you're serious about making a positive lifestyle change, this book is worth reading. Even if you don't think the workout is for you, there are some wonderful ideas and suggestions here.

This is what I liked most about the book.
I know how to exercise. However, I know that my workouts need restructuring. And that's pretty much what you get here. Lots of structure. I love the freedom of being able to decide how to workout and on which days are best for me. As long as I stick to the overall arc of the program.

A must-read.
Great way to learn what's best for you rather than one size fits all "diet" that will inevitably fail. It's kind of a tough read because there is SO much info that you don't see in other "diet" books. But, this is a lifestyle book, how to be your own detective to determine how to lose weight, lose fat, gain muscle, because everyone is different and everyone goes through different phases in their life.
