It's easy to read

The best thing about this book is that it's easy to read for someone without much fitness knowledge. I found it the easiest to stick to out of the (many) fitness programs that I have tried to do and will continue using it whenever I need a bit of a boost 😊

Mentally Fit

On behalf of a family member and myself, this book was an excellent motivation factor to getting life back on track. While the content is directing those to strengthen weight loss routines, we also found it to be extremely mentally refreshing and motivating. Good idea

It was a good book to read through to get an idea of what you need to do to lose some weight. A book with high promises and great results. I had not read this book but a friend recommended to me that they had and gave me some of the tips from it. I was immediately impressed by what was given and so read myself.

Sexy again

I am ready for this challenge to slim down my body especially my thighs and arms since a lot of it has extra fats including my belly fats. So having this book makes me determined to take away that extra fats in me and make my self back in the game like I was 18. Would recommend it to friends. Lots of helpful tips and great ideas for weight loss. It looks like it would work if you put in the time.

Fast Results and No More Excuses!

I had fallen into not getting to the gym because of work and family and all the other excuses that I find. Linda's book really got me excited because I realized that I can do anything for 17 days. I was really able to focus on my problem areas like my abs, butt, and thighs. Seeing the results come so quickly really gave me the boost I needed to get back into my fitness routine. I highly recommend this book to others who have fallen into a slump.

This bundle has a great mix

This has everything you need in terms of changing your mind about healthy eating and exercise. I love the hypnosis sessions and use them periodically. A great guide to losing that belly fat!

This is a great weight loss book for busy people like me. This 17-day slim down technique is just right for me and for everyone else. Eat right, move around, and get rid of the fats. There are a lot of techniques inside this book that will surely help us achieve the body that we always dreamed of. I am very excited to start following this program. Great recipes, too! There needs some proofreading as there is some typo error (i.e. instead of "won't" you typed in "want"). I will surely recommend this book to everyone!

Ready for a slim down challenge

My only concern on my body is the fat belly on my stomach. Inside this book hos, a lot of ways on how to achieve a flat belly and also will tell you how it works and incorporates your diet in it so that you can achieve it fast. it has suggestions on what food to eat.
