Stuff I already knew...
This book was a little boring. I didn't learn anything new. It was filled with things I've learned over the years by reading magazines so it was like a compilation of a few articles. I did find the skincare section the most interesting but other than that I wasn't too thrilled.

While some of this book comes across OK as an audible book, it totally lost me in the reading of lists of various exercises. This type of information is not well suited to an audible format.

The PDF file is coming...
I contacted Audible about the missing PDF file, they are working to make it available. They didn't provide a timeframe. They also offered to issue a full refund if I didn't want to wait.
