Perfect for Beginners

This audio is very calming and inspires self-confidence. Adesh has a great no-nonsense approach but at the same time you really feel relaxed while listening to her audios.

This is an awesome audiobook

I have noticed a difference in my appetite, and the kinds of foods I want to eat since I started listening to this CD regularly. Her voice is nice and soothing, and it's very well done. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight.

Useful book!!

Very enlightening but it is something that you will need to listen to many time before seeing any results. The speaker has a very nice soft and soothing voice which makes it more pleasant to listen to and also give very good instructions.

Helpful and Extremely Clear!

Good book. Really helpful for my overeating. However, I already practice mindfulness meditation daily. she conveyed his magnificent lessons into a book that is wonderful for tenderfoots

The music is too much

Has piano background music prevents hearing the mediation. Ruined it for me. Very very frustrating
