solid book

This isn't my first keto diet book, but it's a really well-rounded, solid gem with practical information balanced with inspiring ideas. The importance of mindset, myths that are debunked and benefits to trying keto are all in here. Really great book to get started or continue your journey to a healthier body.

Informative!

I’ll admit I felt the whole “Keto” talk I’ve heard so many speak about always sounded like a bunch of jibber jabber to me. However this was very eye opening for me. I loved that Author Alison Turner spoke with so much clarity to educate and invite us in to her personal journey. GO GET THIS AUDIOBOOK!

Love the Author’s story

Great Keto challenge!

I know for a fact my mum once lost a lot of weight on Keto, so wanted to try this for myself. I love to have a clear timeframe for everything, so the 30 Day results would be great. Looking forward to results!

I've heard so much about the keto diet lately. I have many friends who have found success in it and I wanted to see about it myself. I had a lot of concerns because it just didn't sound like a safe way to lose weight. Healthy is the way

This book is a good guide to get into good health and staying there. It highlights what is happening and the psychological and emotional effects of being obese. So the information in this book is definitely helpful in dealing with these negative effects, and overcoming being obese. Clear and Candid!

The audiboook is clear making it easy to follow. It is informative with knowlege that empowers in a practical way.
The example given is relatable as I also have people fighting obesity, The method, tips and guide is natural and subtainable so that one does not go back to the old weight and get back to an increase weight. It helps burn fat naturally.

This book is my 1st Keto book, I learned a ton!

This is a well written book full of excellent information or how to eat healthy, stay fit and why Keto works so well on the body. It's like having a cheat-code to getting your boy healthy, lean, and strong while at the same time enjoying the food your eating. I especially enjoyed the detail and thought put in to enjoying the process and not being stuck in some sort of fad diet. This book really works, I enjoyed it completely!

Learn about ketogenic dieting

I am not pursuing the keto diet personally, but recently a couple family members decided to start the keto diet. Since I don’t know much about it the keto diet, I decided to listen to this audiobook so I could better understand when my loved ones start talking about ketosis at the next family gathering. After listening to this audiobook, I definitely know more about the whole idea of ketogenic dieting than I did previously. Now I can be more supportive to my family members with my increased understanding of what their body is going through.
