Information on diet

Loads and loads of advantages, recipes for this eating plan. Use it every day at some point! I would suggest this audible to anyone desiring to follow this way of eating!

This audible is my clear favourite.

Very pleased with this audible and it's the best one I have purchased on Paleo to date by far. I loved Nom Nom Paleo but that was mainly more Asian focused spiced foods etc.

My whole outlook on life has improved.

It's done my acid reflux problems. All this in only 2 weeks. Honestly, I'm astounded. I had decided lots of things like no gluten, no caffeine, not much chicken, low carb, low fat, lots of greens, no sugar, etc. I don't any what has made this work.

Good for Weight Loss

The Paleo diet and lifestyle are all the trend. Updated in 2010, this is audible that began it all. Nancy Wilson’s pitch is compelling. I received and thought a lot, and honestly couldn’t stop listening to the audible.
