Beautiful experience from beginning to end

This is one of the best produced guided meditation books on audible. I loved every meditation. The narrators voice is extremely relaxing and great to fall asleep to. Every night before I go to bed I listen to one of the meditations in this series. This is an amazing book and that quality of work and variety of meditations throughout the series is second to none. It has truly improved the quality of my life and my meditation journey! Happy to have found this!

Well Done times 5

Each meditation is as labled. Spoken with a most soothing voice. At first I started with a different one each night and let it play to the end. Now I am focusing on one for 30 nights before moving to another. I am so pleased to have found this and wish I could return some of the bad ones I bought.

Soothing and effective

This book helped me learn how to meditate and it was great. It also helped me fall asleep and I stayed asleep with no issues. It's a must have.

Helped wonderfully but only certain chapters. I keep using repeatedly to relax before bed.
