Really impressed

Wow! Experienced fantastic lucid dreaming with your voice still softly running through my subconscious in the background. I flew alongside mountains next to the sea and played around with the sky. Nicely done!
I have anxiety and have the hardest time putting my thoughts to rest and falling asleep so I wasn’t sure if this would work. But I woke up from a full 9 hours of sleep after starting this book! I’m in shock, I haven’t slept so much in months. The anxiety meditation has worked so well for me!

Well-explained!
I've been dealing with severe insomnia where I'll go 3-4 days with little to no sleep, no matter how tired I get. I was asleep in less than 11 minutes into the deep sleep medtaiton of this series. Thank you. I will recommend this to anyone who suffers from not being able to sleep
