Naturally, you know women who are kind and intelligent, witty and resourceful; but a lady is an altogether different variety of female. She's mindful of the effect she has on those around her, and she's careful not to let her words or appearance betray her true intentions. How to Be a Lady is a charming reminder of what it takes to be an exemplary woman - someone who knows how to breeze through an awkward conversation with poise, or delicately sidestep the beauty salon gossip.

Graciousness is practicing the arts of kindness, thoughtfulness, good manners, humanity, and basic decency. As a bonus, it makes your life and even the world (or at least the room you're in) much lovelier. It's not about memorizing every rule of traditional etiquette to a T (though there is so much there to explore!) or spending all your time maintaining a spotless house. It's about approaching the world with compassion, conviction, self-confidence, and wholeheartedness, whether you're at the Met Gala or saying good morning to a convenience store clerk.

There is some good information in here but the author's tone is very negative. It feels like the listener is being scolded for not not already knowing the content. I much prefer the Awesome Etiquette podcast (also available through Audible) for it's positive encouraging tone and gentle approach.
