Everything you need to get fit & stay fit at home!

This is exactly the audiobook I needed to whip myself back into shape after gaining some extra pounds over the last two years. It has easy to understand workouts that even I could do. Exercises that can be done at home

No where in the title or the description of this audiobook did it say it was for men only, so I was taken aback when the first chapter started with the anatomy of the male body. Since I already started listening, I decided to just listen to the end. Even though the last chapter also specifies nutrition for the male body, I still felt there was useful information in the book for women too. These days, it’s not only men that want to build muscle mass and having detailed exercises that can be done at home to target specific muscle groups was useful.

Great nuggets of info

I have to say I wasn't crazy about the idea of listening to a book about working out. I like to watch videos mostly, or have someone in person helping me out. But I've been looking to do more home workouts and this book looked interesting. It was. Super helpful, full of great combinations and ideas and clear description of techniques. Highly recommended!

Fabulous book!

This book is great for anyone looking for simple yet effective ways to exercise for whole body workout. I like the fact that the author started with the mindset chapter...that is my biggest challenge!! I know I should exercise, I want to exercise but procrastinating gets in the way!

There is also really good advice and tips on nutrition and diet.

Awesome workouts!

This is a very well laid out and easy to understand audiobook for anyone looking to build lean muscle at home! I love how the chapters are laid out into a solid split routine with extra ones on mindset and nutrition. There are lot's of fundamental but also creative exercises that I have not thought of so a great mix!

Persistence with the resistance!

Great book

This is great for anyone who wants to sculpt and strengthen their body but doesn’t have time to go to the gym.
