Very good results

Wonderful

Personally, my husband and I really like reading this book. Once I met the mention of such a way to lose weight, but then I did not pay attention. Such a nutrition plan is very suitable for me 2-3 times a year because I got older and it became more difficult for me to control my weight. What I love the most from the book are all the recipes. They are very healthy, cook fast and are well oriented.

Best Diet Cookbook ever

The maximum duration of the diet is 14 days. The best result is when done in alternation: 7 days of the diet, then 7 days of normal nutrition, and again 7 days of diet again. this diet book is not for people who suffer from diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, or for pregnant women.

A lot of important Content!

LOL That being said I have collected cookbooks so that I can fix anything that I want. I love having the digital ones, they don't take up any space. Also having a small family now that the kids and grandkids are grown, having a cookbook is the only way to go in making smaller portions.
