Soothing meditations
I've been trying to listen to these meditations every morning and evenings. It helps me start the day on the right foot and with the right mindset. I notice the difference whenever I skip a day, I can feel more agitated and anxious during the day when I don't meditate. When I listen to it at night, it helps with the quality of my sleep. I also like the little introduction that comes before the meditation, there are some very insightful messages. The background music is nice and soothing as well,

This book is a gem for people who enjoy the work of Alan Watts and who want to expand into the powerful and beautiful realm of spiritual hypnosis. For me, the audiobook had awesome ideas for exploring our connections with ourselves, like learning how to detach from our ego perspective. Great listen.

I was looking to raise my vibration
I believe this one did just that and was relaxing as well. I have noticed though that the more self actualization work you do that the tools you used to achieve those items don't always change and you need to go back to take another look at yourself to see if you are still the same or if you have a higher vibrations. In other words do the things stated here resonate with you or do the loose their meaning. How do you remember them versus how do they sound if you listen to them today?
I have found that using this over and over again did help and that I have used it many times but once I moved on from it I found it less appealing than it once was several months ago when I first listened to the book. So you be the judge but if you are on a soul searching journey like most of us, I believe this as a very good start to help create a higher vibrations in my life.

Not worth the credit
I listened to the sample and believed that their would be more to this book than meditations but NO - all this book is …..is 7 days of meditations. I cannot exchange as Audible tells me I have too many exchanges. Worthless and difficult when you cannot know if you are going to even like the book till after a chapter or two. Makes the membership questionable

Not for me
I only listened to the first two meditations. These “guided meditations” are very minimally guided, in a robotic voice, followed by several minutes of music only. I am used to guided meditations on the Calm and Simple Habit apps, even Peloton meditations are more in depth than these. I’m bailing now and hoping Audible will give me my credit back.

wasn't really for me
When I read what the book was about I thought it sounded great but I feel that it didn't actually deliver what it said. I still don't know what item you hold that helps you as I can't recall the book mentioning it.
It was just each chapter being a meditation but there was nothing in between to talk about except at the very beginning which was only a 4 minute speel. And then after that it was just meditation, I didn't understand what I was meant to be doing on one meditation as again there was no discussion of it.
