Perfect beginner's meditation guide.

I think this is the perfect beginner's meditation guide, and reference for the times one needs to get back to the simple basics of meditation. It's very comprehensive and simply well written.

Wow nice, listen to the book...

Taking mindful approaches to anxiety is consistently the only technique that has worked for me. Through the strategies in this book, I have been relieved of plenty of suffering and pain. Although not a cure-all solution, if you put in the work required, you will see its benefits. Once you've listened to it, you'll wonder why you didn't already know what he is saying. You already do. We all need a little reminder from time to time.

Entertaining and valuable advice

After listening to the book I now do meditation regularly. I enjoy some quiet time and miss it when time constraints mean the practice skips a day. I put this change to my life to this book as the advice was given in a way that didn't approach seem strange, more like having a cup of tea!

I am very pleased !!

I am very pleased and inspired by this excellent introduction to the study of mindfulness. It is explained by a true master. It arrived on time and in excellent condition even though a previous owner had explained an inscription on the first second. The explanation did not ruin the book for me.

Great listen to book...

This is a good book for teaching a way for people to relieve some of their anxiety. A lot of people do not even know they are experiencing anxiety. The author explains everything very well and the meditations are very well done. This book should be very helpful for a lot of people. This audiobook is an excellent way to learn

A good introduction to mindfulness for the beginner. Science merges with spirituality as the student is led from ignorance to understanding. Ideas like the Beginner’s Mind, awareness, and living in the moment are emphasized.
