Story
Phrasal verbs are an important part of the English language. This guide focuses on separable and inseparable phrasal verbs and exactly how to use them. There are no complicated explanations or boring rules listed (you can open any textbook for those!). Instead, each phrasal verb has a short definition that focuses on only one meaning (most phrasal verbs have more than one meaning, making them difficult to learn). Every phrasal verb also comes with multiple real life examples on how to use it.

Excellent pace and great for tutors or students
Would you consider the audio edition of 99 Essential Business Idioms and Phrasal Verbs to be better than the print version?
I definitely would, as my students are able to listen to the idioms from home. This makes my tutoring job easier. When they come to me for lessons, they are better with the basics so we can move onto more complicated English lessons.
What about Zhanna Hamilton’s performance did you like?
The narrator had a great pace, which is suitable for beginners and lower intermediate students.
Any additional comments?
This is a great audio book for ESL tutors, or students that want to learn English on their own. For me, the audiobook has already paid for itself by making my tutoring job easier.

Boring
What would have made 99 Essential Business Idioms and Phrasal Verbs better?
This audio book makes me very sleepy. Not recommended while driving.
Would you ever listen to anything by Zhanna Hamilton again?
Maybe. If I can not sleep at night. This audiobook is better than lullaby.
How could the performance have been better?
The narrator seems sleepy too. Perhaps a little more enthusiastic narrator that not only reads but feels every word. Need to give life in every examples.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
Yes. Good to listen to people who got insomnia.
