Jimmy The Human Trafficker

I love ALL of the novels by Raymond E Feist. The Narration was LESS than what it COULD have been. "the BOY thief"? REALLY? "Like" he steals boys? He just has a habit of putting emphasis on the wrong word in a sentence; or just TOTALLY mispronouncing them altogether. A knife secreted away in a boot; is NOT a glandular discharge. JS

This book was much better than the previous book.

I enjoyed this book more than the 3rd book. Mainly because we followed Pug more in the story. I've always been in it for Pug, who is my favorite character.

his best

This has some of his best writing, but it is a little heavy-handed at times. embarrassingly so with the D&D fabricated "Well met," or "Seekest thou thine death." The story is engaging without Getting mired in details. There are loopholes you could drive a planet through, but his imagination and the story overall is truly wonderful.

An incredible world, fantastically detailed

Brilliant and captivating story of rare creativity and intimacy. Read by a narrator whose smooth accent and reverent tones breathe life and wonder into the words.

good story

A very good story with good characters. I had fairly high expectations and am not displeased. I think the most commendable point for me was how well Feist made me care about so many of these characters

I recommend the Peter Joyce Narration. not this

Selected narration to be included when buying the kindle book. I didnt think about the fact that I wasn't given an option for narrator.
Loved listening to the first 2 books in this set narrated by Peter Joyce. in comparison this narrator is much less lively, pronounces names oddly, some of which I can see why he reads them that way, but others like Carline (or Carleene if you listen to Smith) I can't work out how he made the jump to pronouncing it that way over the more straightforward pronounciation.
I am probably most put off his narration because I preferred Peter Joyce. I will pay more attention to what version of the audiobooks are being provided alongside the kindle copy next time.

Take away message: brilliant story, but there's a better version of the audio book, look for the one narrated by Peter Joyce!
