A must read for every believer

There are many books that are a must read for Christians. . . this is one. Like the others, it will powerfully impact your walk with the Lord. I had come to the place that I had began to remind myself of the gospel, when I stumbled onto this book. Vincent's transparency and hunger to be right with God, will resonate with all Believers and ignite your faith again in the mystery, the power, the simplicity and the sheer magnitude of the gospel of Christ. I recommend this book to new and seasoned followers of Christ alike.

The Gospel is a Wonderful Truth!

I have not heard the Gospel conveyed in a clearer context. The clarity is important, because it escapes the fallen mind day by day and hour by hour apart from His grace.

This audio book provides a short reminder in Part 3 regarding God’s loving kindness, mercy, and grace, and the compassion of Christ that can easily be listened to every morning on a commute or during a devotional.

I only have one minor recommendation: to add additional stories regarding the poetic and prose versions that exclude the verses being read aloud. Nonetheless, it is greatly appreciated and still important to hear the versions that contain supporting scriptures!

Great book. Audible could be better

Love the book. Read the primer daily. I wish there was a version or section of the audible where there’s no interruptive reading of the primer. The current version, the voice over is reading aloud the verses in between the text reads as well as the verse numbers. I understand why, since reading the Bible verses can be helpful for people who don’t have the book but I recommend everyone to buy the book also.

Life Changing

I’ve been a Christian for many years.
As we walk through life it is easy to get distracted and focus on the wrong things. Even as we are “doing” all the right things.
This book reminds me to keep my focus on the one true gospel and focusing on what GOD has done FOR me. Instead of focusing on my performance for Him.
It’s so easy to forget.
This book reminds us of all the reasons why we need to focus on the gospel. It produces in us thankfulness instead of worry and anxiety.
The gospel means “good news”
But first we need to remember and understand the BAD NEWS. And why we NEED the “good news”!
Thank you Lord for providing a way of salvation through Your son Jesus to all who repent of their sins and follow You.

Definitely A Book To Read Daily

There is so much in this book. Truly a blessing. Thanks so much for it. It is very encouraging to read and to understand that the Gospel is needed daily for the believer as well as the non-believer.

Truth that Renews

The sense of not having done enough or being enough pervades our culture. This short book on Gospel truth can be an eternal antidote to identity rooted in works and having to earn or prove one’s worth. The Good News saves me from this path of exhaustion and futility. I will be preaching the Gospel to myself everyday from now on. If I am to die to self daily I need a daily encouragement as to why.
