Story
Make Your Kid a Money Genius (Even If You're Not) is a jargon-free step-by-step guide to help parents of all income levels teach their kids - from ages 3 to 23 - about money. It turns out the key to raising a money genius isn't to teach that four quarters equal a dollar or how to pick a stock. Instead it's about instilling values that have been proven to make people successful - not just financially but in life: delaying gratification, working hard, living within your means, getting a good education, and acting generously toward others.

Story
We may not realize it, but children are hyperaware of money. They have scores of questions about its nuances that parents often don't answer, or know how to answer well. But for Ron Lieber, a personal finance columnist and father, good parenting means talking about money with our kids much more often. When parents avoid these conversations, they lose a tremendous opportunity—not just to model important financial behaviors, but also to imprint lessons about what their family cares about most.

Many of us know we're putting too much pressure on our kids - and on ourselves - but how do we get off this crazy train? We want our children to succeed, to be their best, and to do their best, but what if they are not on board? A few years ago, Ned Johnson and Bill Stixrud started noticing the same problem from different angles: even high-performing kids were coming to them acutely stressed and lacking any real motivation. Many complained that they had no real control over their lives.

Story
Money - investing, personal finance, and business decisions - is typically taught as a math-based field, where data and formulas tell us exactly what to do. But in the real world people don’t make financial decisions on a spreadsheet. They make them at the dinner table, or in a meeting room, where personal history, your own unique view of the world, ego, pride, marketing, and odd incentives are scrambled together. In The Psychology of Money, award-winning author Morgan Housel shares 19 short stories exploring the strange ways people think about money.

Story
Being a CEO at any of the world’s largest companies is among the most challenging roles in business. Billions, and even trillions, are at stake—and the fates of tens of thousands of employees often hang in the balance. Yet, even when “can’t miss” high-achievers win the top job, very few excel. For those who shoulder the burden of being the one on whom everyone counts, a manual for excellence is sorely needed. To identify the 21st century’s best CEOs, the authors of CEO Excellence started with a pool of over 2,400 public company CEOs.

Publisher's Summary
Kids will always be kids. They want to play, run to the fields, watch their favorite cartoons, and do fun stuff. But most of all...they are curious. They love to ask many questions of how and why things happen. So why not take the opportunity to tell them about financial literacy?
Adults are afraid if they teach so much to a kid at a young age, they will not get their interest. But kids are developing mentally and are having interesting thoughts. Give them lessons about a business they can start, and let them do some enterprising and investment. You could even teach them about the rich and poor mindset.
Eventually, when they became teens and grown-ups, they will earn their own money, and they might even dream to be an entrepreneur and start a business.
Remember that teaching them while they are young can make a great impact while they are growing. Share with them the steps and takeaways to reach success. Studies show the earlier the children were introduced to money and saving, the more likely they will be good at budgeting when they grow up.
