Publisher's Summary

In Thorne Manor there is one locked door. Behind it lies a portal to the 21st century, and nothing is going to stop Miranda Hastings from stepping through. After all, she is a Victorian writer of risqué pirate adventures—traveling to the future would be the greatest adventure of them all.

When Miranda goes through, though, she lands in Georgian England...and in the path of Nicolas Dupuis, a privateer accused of piracy. Sheltered by locals, Nico is repaying their kindness by being their “pirate Robin Hood”, stealing from a corrupt lord and fencing smuggled goods on the village’s behalf.

Miranda embraces Nico’s cause, only to discover there’s more to it than he realizes. Miranda has the second sight, and there are ghosts at play here. The recently deceased former lord is desperate to stop his son from destroying his beloved village. Then there’s the ghost of Nico’s cabin boy, whom he thought safe in a neighboring city. Miranda and Nico must solve the mystery of the boy’s death while keeping one step ahead of the hangman.

It may not be the escapade Miranda imagined, but it is about to be the adventure of a lifetime.

The horrible accent nonstop sex talk

I loved the first two books and was extremely excited for this one however the narration is horrible and the plot just plain sucks. No idea where it's going except for the fact that at some point they're going to get laid. I force myself to try and keep listening but with the plot going nowhere by the 16th chapter I'm done. what a disappointment!

Did NOT disappoint

I read the first two stitch in time books a couple of months ago and was very excited for the third… but I am always a little sus when it’s different characters in a “multiverse” - HOWEVER it was incredibly easy to adore Miranda almost instantly and didn’t go exactly where expected at any moment. I feel like we got a lot more info on the stitch in Thorne Manor that the first two books make you long for - as any time travel mechanism does. Once again it’s a really great cast of characters centered around *multiple* strong women that do the saving themselves instead of waiting on their one true love to rescue them. Really enjoyed it and excited to see where the series goes next.

Couldn’t finish

Sadly, I couldn’t finish this book as the narrators French voice or just voice completely disrupted the flow of the story. I tried twice but…. I do enjoy her stories so was disappointed.

I want to read book 4

Kelley Armstrong is one of my favorite authors. This book proves why. A time travel adventure you will not want to put down.
Ava Lucas---narrator--you deserve applause.

narrarator

I loved the storyline of all 3 books. However , this last book I did not like the voice of Niko .it was really bad. But, because I liked the story so much, I pushed through it. I almost quit

Not as good as the others

The characters were fun, the narration was ok, but the story read more like a Harlequin novel than I remember the others being. Not a waste of time, but for me, it was not as strong as the first one in the series.

An excellent new chapter in this fun series!

This is a delightful and creative addition to the Time Stitch world. I have loved them all so far and this is no exception.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Miranda and Nicolas and their adventure.

All of the Time Stitch books have a great deal of flirting and sexiness, but this one goes 11. One of my favorite things about Armstrong heroines is they are unapologetic about their needs and expectations. They will be treated well by others or they will not participate in the conversation. I am here for it!

I don't want to spoil this for anyone, but I will say that this story expands the rules and possibilities of the Tims Stich in an exciting way. I can't wait for what happens next.

Not as good

Not nearly as good as the first 2 books in the series. Lots of ridiculous/unrealistic innuendo banner between the 2 main characters.
