Meditation guide

This book has been a gifted from my husband. It’s truly amazing book which contains of well discoveries for inner peace, relaxation strategies, deep level of relief, and a well effective transition for a good and deep sleep. Recommend to all women who need a good sleeping method.

Brilliant Material!

I know this book states for women but let me tell you my wife put this on last night for us and I had absolutely no issues falling asleep. The amount of peace and balance this book brought me while trying to fall asleep was truly one of a kind. I haven't told my wife yet but I'm excited and hopeful for this book to become apart of our nightly bedtime routine!

Great audio!

Such a nice and easy book to listen to before going to bed. I’m an over thinker so I have a hard time shutting off my brain at night. This helped me relax and get into a better state of mind. Fell asleep much faster too. Recommend for sure.

I finally had a good night's sleep!

I've had trouble falling asleep for a while, and a friend recommended this meditation to me. I was a bit skeptical, but what can I say? I fell asleep before the mediation was over, three nights in a row!!
It calms my mind and relaxes my body and soul.
I have better and deeper sleep, and I am more relaxed when I get up in the morning. Thank you for this great meditation; I can only recommend it to everyone having trouble finding sleep.

So relaxing and peaceful

With the amount of stress we as women are all under now these days, it’s no wonder it’s hard to get a good night’s rest. I’m always looking for ways to improve my sleep and mental health and I’m glad I stumbled across this audiobook. Within the first few minutes I felt very relaxed… the soothing narration helped too. I was able to let go of any negativity for the day and focus the visualizations to help me relax. I am so happy to incorporate this in my nightly routine because I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day.

An Amazing Tool To Calm A Non Stop Brain

Our minds continue to be filled with thoughts even when laying down on our bed. This book helped me calm my thoughts and focused on the sensations in my body instead helping me relax my body and focus on my breathing. It is a wonderful help just before falling asleep. It helps you fill your minds with helpful thoughts.
The narrator did a beautiful job and has a soothing voice that lulls you to sleep.
I highly recommend this book!

You should try this if you have trouble sleeping

Many of us struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep. For most of us, we have tried everything. I have had mixed results from using medication (OTC and prescription), sound machines, classical music, fans, etc….I think going to sleep is a mind issue for most of us. We lay in bed at night and our mind races to all the things we did not get done, and all the things waiting for us tomorrow. Meditation before sleeping at night certainly helps relax our minds. The short book is a great start to help show us how meditation can help us relax, level out our moods and fall asleep. It has helped me the first two times I have tried it.

A good relaxation book

I listened to this book at the time I was back from work and feeling stressed. When I was half way in the book, I realized that my stressed level was going down and my anxiety on how my next day will look like calmed down. I became more focused as I listened more critically to the wordings of the book and imagining them actually happening to me. The book is brief but it serves it purpose, My experienced was mind blowing which made me to feel at peace. After listening to this book, I reflected while laying on a couch and only woke up after napping for a while.

Fantastic For Relaxation

What a lovely book this is! I felt so relaxed after listening. The music has a haunting, ethereal background that just put me in a state of calm. The imagery works effectively too. For example, there was one section where I was guided to walk down steps into a garden.

I was encouraged to hear birds singing and feel the sun on my skin. I was so relaxed that the images came effortlessly to mind.

Throughout, I felt my mind set at ease, and am grateful for the peace and calmness I felt in my body. Happy to recommend.

It really works!

The author did a good job in putting this meditation audiobook together for women like myself. It really helps you in getting a more peaceful sleep. The narrators voice and music were perfectly fitting for this audiobook. Well done!

My girlfriend loved it!

Works right away!

These past few months, my anxiety has gotten worse, and it has been almost always very difficult to sleep.

This book is a blessing. It has this mesmerising effect/force that will cast your worries away and just ride with the meditation into a deep peace and slumber.

I love the script, the sound, and the narrator’s voice is superb. I slept for 9 hours last night. (!)

Gifted my mother with it! She struggles with sleep

My mother suffers from sleep apnea and she can't really control her breathing in a way she relaxes. She mentioned once that these guided meditations were helpful to open the lungs and the nasal passages in order to breathe better during the night. This audiobook is very great work for people struggling to have a healthy sleeping time!

So Soothing!

Even if you are not big on meditation, you will love this book. I started listening to it and within five minutes or so, I felt so relaxed I easily fell asleep - something that usually takes me ages. I thought that was a one time thing but it has worked each time.

Good book for recharging

This book is intended to make you so relaxed, you can fall a sleep or into a trance like state. It is a good way to be calm and rejuvenated. Having listened to this book, it has helped me to be more confident and better able to undertake challenges. It says it is for women, but it really is for any gender.

Put ME to sleep almost immediately -- in a good wa

Didn't know what to expect, but thought i'd give it a whirl. I very much enjoyed the set-up and how your body needs to rest at night. The voiceover was so soothing and an overall great narrator. The only thing that frustrated me was the extra music at the end. Seemed to be a little overkill. But overall, I'd recommend this audible book to anyone i know - male or female - who has trouble falling -- or staying -- asleep. I would definitely read more from this author or narrator. Glad I came upon it!
