Publisher's Summary

The chickens are coming home to roost for the corrupt officials, mainstream media, and Democratic operatives who ruined the life of an innocent American in an attempt to subvert our democracy.

Carter Page, the man at the center of one of the worst scandals in our country’s history, reveals how our nation’s top law-enforcement officials abused their power and framed an innocent American citizen in their effort to take down Donald Trump.

Page’s gripping account, which shows that the rot goes deeper than anyone realized, names the men and women who tried to pull off a coup and didn’t care who got hurt.

Excellent, far better than expected

I must admit that I had never taken Carter Page all that seriously, except to know that he had been a very unfortunate victim of a corrupt political and justice system. After listening to this book, I come away with a new awareness that Carter Page is an educated, accomplished, intelligent, and very morally grounded man whom anyone would be honored to be considered his friend. He has been fortunate only in he has had the grounding and fortitude to endure where most of us would have thrown in the towel long ago.
The other thing that I get from this book is a profound disgust with the creatures of the swamp, those who consider themselves our betters because of their positions of power and influence. They have totally lost the appreciation for the honor that was bestowed on them by virtue of being American citizens. This includes most of the upper echelon of the Obama administration and in particular the leadership of the "Justice" department and the Obama FBI.

Good Story but not told well

Page's story is compelling. He seems to be a very honest person. I think the book was too long and should have been edited down to about 5-6 hours. I found his book to be repetitive and hard to follow at times. I wish the book was more linear in time. I am reading George Papadopoulos's book now and I find it to be far better written and much tighter and like a thrilling spy novel. I found Page to be incredibly naive. How could he not realize that his contacts with Russians in Moscow and New York would draw the attention of the Intelligence communities. How could someone be this naive? Also, the naiveness of how he tried to be his own attorney. For someone who traveled and worked in international business I was dumbfounded by his decisions. I never really understood, nor did he explain, what he did in his businesses or how he earned a living. I also found his constantly citing how his military training helped him to be annoying. However, I think he is honest and what happened to him is just terrible.

A Must Read....

No matter what your political persuasion may be, everyone needs to hear his story.
It is remarkable how positive and optimistic he continues to be despite the horrific lies and stress/ pain he endured.

I’m so very grateful that he wrote this book. I still cannot believe what the DOJ and FBI put him through.

God Bless Carter

Thank you Carter for getting your story out in public.

Carter Page is truly a great man

This book is mostly a personal testimony about how he was targeted by the left. But what stands out to me are the last 2 chapters. He talks about how he overcomes challenges, and abuses against him. It was a Christians handbook for how to live Christian principles. Cloaked in forgiveness, and grace, and optimism. The last chapter was all about how to win in life. It includes practical tips, such as eating healthy, getting a good workout, being honest in day to day life etc.
Carter Page is a modern day Joseph, who refused to succumb to anger, resentment, and revenge, and instead, turned to forgiveness, grace, humbleness, and optimism. He is a great man, and one we can all learn from.

Wow!

Carter, I thought I was in for another piece of the puzzle. You had me in awe, in shame, choked up and furious, and finally, you earned my believe that you are telling me 100% the truth. Well read by the way.

Carter Page is my new hero!

The years of abuse he took from our own intelligence community in an effort to overthrow our 45th president is detailed. He was going to prison for absolutely no crime and our intelligence community was going to put him there.
This is a must read if you truly want to get a look at the deep state swamp!

Wow!

Hands down best read I’ve had in a looong time. To hear all the back story and the facts of this is mind blowing. They picked the WRONG Man to come after. A man of service and of his country. It’s CRAZY how people you’ve grown to respect your entire life will TURN ON YOU LIKE that and put your life in DANGER, all for the HATE of one man. It opens my eyes to how in danger this country truly is with those in power that won’t blink an eye while they run this country into the ground and will run over ANYONE that tries to get in the way. Perseverance is key. Dig in and let truth reign.

Scary Truth

I’ve had the pleasure to meet Carter just a few short times in the last year. He is absolutely one the most genuine people in this world. I know the things he wrote in this book are the absolute truth and because of that make the “Deep State” very scary.
I recommend this book to anyone interested in the truth behind the government how a person of power can influence so much control...
Thank you Carter for your brutal honesty and standing strong in the face of adversity.

Holy crap

I can’t believe our intelligence agencies, trusted government officials and media pundits abuse their sacred outlets and information channels to lie, threaten and cover the corruption of themselves or others. What’s worse- they’re still doing it.

This book pieces together many holes in my Russian collusion understanding, and the background history of Ukraine really solidified my comprehension.

Great listen. Good luck and God speed, Carter Page.
