Great help with my studies
This Audible is an easy listen and provides a lot of useful information about learning skills and increasing your knowledge. I would recommend it for students and life-long learners alike. The only thing I think that could be improved is the addition of diagrams to help illustrate some of the examples, such as in the chapter on note-taking. Overall, this Audible is an excellent source of information about the different techniques available to help you learn more effectively, and it is one that I will re-listen and refer back to as I continue my studies.

This audiobook has so much useful information that if practiced properly will surely make anyone successful. I am now more confident and for sure my life will be easy using the techniques of accelerated learning and keeping myself healthy. Discover effective accelerated learning
The author lays out plenty of techniques for effective accelerated learning. The information in the Audible was very well organized and presented, and because John kept the chapters shorter and more focused, it was an easy listen. While I was aware of some of the techniques and methods explained in the Audible, John presented the information in a way that allowed me to understand more fully and identify ways to apply them in my life. It also helps my high school and college kids to apply and learn more effectively.

An audiobook worth your while
Very easy to listen to, well researched, and thorough. This Audible provides a broad overview of factors influencing learning together with guidance on how to apply this knowledge and understanding to improve your own or other’s learning. I am very impressed with this work. I approached this the same way as I do with most of my self-help Audibles, expecting to find a nugget here and there. I am pleased to say that I must listen very closely because there is something worth taking note of on every page.

Rapidly learn new skills!
Learning is far more than memorization and much of the audiobook content focuses on various ways of learning. It does a very good job of explaining how to memorize and recall content for tests. If you want to learn to play the piano, or how to play golf there are definitely good sections to read but the type of learning that is required for many skills is not based heavily on recalling facts. It’s a great audiobook that’s easy to understand and enjoyable to listen to. Great for college students or for someone facing a complex professional exam. Highly recommended for that audience.

Improved my memory!
The Audible has a variety of techniques for each stage of the learning cycle and everyone can find the piece they are missing to improve their learning process and get the most out of it. It is easy to understand and to put simple techniques into practice. As an avid reader, I wondered if I was a fast reader, and if I truly retained the material. It is comforting to know how to learn and retain what is read. I've always struggled with remembering names, yet I recognize that my husband uses some of the suggested techniques and often remembers our friends and acquaintance’s names, though he couldn't "train" me to do it. Now I know how and am having fun meeting friends and calling them by name.
