This is exactly what I am looking for! Audio

I was expecting it to be a mostly theoretical, boring audio book, but I got totally proven wrong. It was getting more interesting with every chapter listened. There are so many actual stories, that make a great audio book. One of the audio books, that can help you improve a lot on an personal level and rethink your understanding of the things you haven't explored.

An excellent audiobook i ever listen

The inclusion of instructions with the caveat to record them using, a phone or other device so the person. did have to "hold a audio book" as they practiced. On the plus side, the content is very good with excellent narration. This is needed for effective long term plans. I really enjoyed the audio book.

Great audio Book for depression

One of the most important audio books I've ever listen, if not the most important. Couldn't recommend it more, and it has massive value for anyone, not just those suffering with depression.

.This is a great audio book on mindfulness. My therapist recommended it because I was dealing with some depression and it really helped. I think it would be great for anyone who wanted to practice mindfulness even if you don't have depression

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

This book strikes a balance between being too informal and too bogged down in theory. I've learned so much from reading this and my clients have definitely benefited from my deeper understanding of not just the theory behind ACT but also the core processes. A must-have for any ACT clinician.
