I enjoyed listening this audiobook.

I love these recipes! Healthy with ingredients that aren't hard to find. A great healthy spin on some not so healthy favorites. And great information on how to support the endocrine system. I enjoyed listening this audiobook. It has valuable information to tone your body.

Useful.

I wanted to address my worn out adrenals and in the process got in better shape than I've been in decades.
This very readable book shows solid scientific research that explains the role of hormonal fluctuations and how our body responds in weight, energy and stress reactions. Included tests help confirm whether you suffer adrenal impairment and can benefit from this routine.

This audiobook contains a very good points.

This audiobook containsy a very good description​ on adrenal glands and adrenal gland failure, it also contains a ton of really great recipes for this diet. I've tried a few and they worked out great. I would recommend this audiobook for anyone wanting to get their body back into balance and fix their adrenal problems.

The audiobook is very helpful for me.

Listening a audiobook on Adrenal Reset Diet was like a revelation to me! Now I understand the root of my problems that I was experiencing (gaining weight, being constantly fatigue and cravings for the unhealthy food). I really appreciate the author taking the effort explaining how all of these problems occur and why people crave for junk food when their hormones are not in balance.

Adrenal information

For myself suffering for 8 plus years with what I believe is adrenal fatigue this has given me information that I haven’t already had after years of searching. So looking forward to trying new things I’ve ordered products and books recommended and will see how it helps

Not very good

Theres 3 chapters that talk about the publisher a D the content. It didn't really give me much I haven't already read on line for free. Don't waste your money or credit on this.

Very Much Useful Book


This book addresses an important area. There are explanations, suggestions, menus and recipes. I had to do some adaptation since his suggested diet relies mainly/heavily on dried beans and my digestive system cannot tolerate them.

Great Source Indeed

This diet has (pretty much) given me my life back. I traveled for a month and wasn't able to keep up with it, but thanks to it, I recover from physical activity better and have more energy.
