Very well done

This was just what I have needed to listen to first thing each morning. I have had such a bad relationship with food and eating, but this has given me so much value and positivity to start my days off right. I have noticed such a difference in myself and in my eating habits. Also, I love the music in the background, it's so calming. Definitely recommend!

Really positive book!

I think a lot of us come at the topics of eating and weight loss with a lot of negative baggage. So, something like that is affirming and supportive is fantastic. Really great narration too. Recommend!

You can do it!!!

Mindful eating has changed my life! BUT, I do find I have (many) days when I don't feel confident enough and believe I can actually pull it off and lose weight long term.
This audiobook is a fantastic set of affirmations perfect exactly for those moments of doubt. They're positive, encouraging and just a great reminder to ourselves that we are strong enough to commit to our decision and push through with it.
And over a thousand is A LOT of affirmations! I feel like I'll never run out.
Overall a great audiobook and a great listening experience!

Fix your mindset for good!

Anxiety and eating are very related. When you are anxious, you tend to eat more, and make bad choices, and you eat unhealthy, you are more likely to be anxious and depressed. Get rid of this vicious cycle, fix your mindset, listen to these affirmations daily.

So Relaxing and Inspirational

This book is so much more than just mindful eating. It reminds me of a CD book I lost many years ago, that focused on reducing anxiety, and have been looking to replace it ever since.

The presentation (both narrator and background music) is so relaxing and allows you to lay back with your eyes closed and repeat the affirmations back to yourself. This book helped me significantly with my anxiety issues.

Not only does this book have affirmations to repeat to yourself but it also has a couple of chapters on reframing the negative self-talk that many of us have into positive self-talk.

I will be keeping this book on my favorites list!

Helping me stay on track

I have been trying to eat better and lose weight for a while now. Every time I start, all kinds of roadblocks come up. I found this book, and have been listening to it to help me deal with the daily stuff that comes up trying to derail my plan.I have found that by listening to this on the way to work I am better prepared mentally to stay on track during the workday. ON the way home I listen to it to keep me on track when the nightly temptations come into play. With the help of this book, I have been able to keep on the path to my goals consistently and I am gaining more confidence that I can reach them. Thank You Simone Clark for such a wonderful gift!

Helpful and Practical Tips!

I feel like I am struggling with weight loss. I have tried many programs to help with mindful eating, but this audiobook gives much insight that is encouraging and empowering to help achieve a realistic goal that I can use to achieve my desired goals.
It is worth listening to if you are serious like I am.

An Excellent “Pick Me Up” for Mindfullness

If you’re feeling down about certain aspects of your life (including eating) then this is the “pick me up” you absolutely need. Includes affirmation for: mindful eating, positive thinking, confidence, developing a growth mindset, mindful living as well as for movement and body. Definitely worth the listen!

Helped me out Big Time!

I have always found eating healthy very challenging, my favorite foods are hard to ignore and it prevents me from having my dream body. Listening to this book played a big part in motivating me to eat better which helps provide my body with more energy which helps me with working out and now I am close to getting the body I have always wanted. I recommend this to others looking to better themselves through health & fitness!

Great accompaniment to any diet book

I'm a big fan of subliminal hyponosis type audios so this was right up my street. Listen to it first thing in the morning and last thing at night for maximum effect, that's when it will penetrate your subconscious mind and you will truly embrace the identity of a healthy body and healthy mind
