Each segment has 30 affirmations for self-love that you repeat thrice. Repeat each affirmation at least once and let it sink into your subconscious. Do not overthink the ones that feel like a lie; take it as a process of engineering your subconscious with new, empowering beliefs. There may be resistance in the beginning, but like any other practice, it will soon get easier and the affirmations will be more believable.

Great if you are just starting the journey.

I am just starting my journey with self love. I’ve only been listening to her for 4 days but I already notice a little difference. I am often catching the negative thought and redirecting it, and weirdly enough apologizing to myself. I didn’t realize how cruel I was to myself until I started to listening to this book.

The music isn’t perfect but her voice is soothing and comfortable enough to even sleep to the affirmations.
I listen and repeat her affirmations for about an hour a day and then fall asleep to it. I’m also reading multiple books that help you understand self love.

I do feel if you struggle with this issue this book is a good start but it won’t get to the root of self hate.

Really wonderful for self esteem

Very nice way to boost your self-esteem and be showered in positivity at the same time. Nice way to boost confidence. Something to listen to daily if you want. I like to listen a little in the morning and after work. Friday nights too if I'm going out. Confidence is sexy!!

Very good.

Love this for elevating self-esteem in a matter of minutes. It's just powerful to have confidence, it changes your life and your perspective. It's especially important if you have people around that don't believe in you or point out what's wrong with you. First, those people have to go. Second, getting your confidence back is key! Such a helpful audiobook. Worth a credit. Worth the whole price. Very good.

Best ever

Full of useful tips on how to improve your confidence for the rest of your life. Interesting theme and use of words to grab attention in some places. It helped me to realise that everything doesn't have to be perfect to be good enough. I also liked the learn by doing approach. I would recommend this book to everyone who use being shy as an excuse to avoid doing something.
