Story
You know the drill. Rub the magic lamp and a genie appears, promising to grant you three wishes. But the wishes always have a trap in them. What happens when a Hollywood lawyer draws up the contract? This notorious little short by the Hugo and Nebula award-winning author David Gerrold ("The Trouble With Tribbles" episode of Star Trek) is a delicious tale of well-deserved revenge.

Story
The devil has always been an expert in marketing, but the old-fashioned way of recruiting souls just won’t work in a modern technological age. Have you ever been invited to a guest event for one of those courses? One that promises you everything? Well, you haven't been invited to this one yet. Here's the ultimate deal with the devil story - sacrilegious, disturbing, and ultimately poignant.

The existence of two simultaneous presidents has split the country along ideological lines. The protests are becoming violent. Sections of the country have formed their own militias, along with the militias of the two warring parties. In the midst of shortages of food and other necessities, gangs and thugs are terrorizing formerly safe neighborhoods. Realizing that it is no longer safe to remain in their home, Mike McNerney decides to pack the camper and flee to Canada with his wife, Marie, and disabled teenage daughter, Elly. Old Mill is famous for a lot of things - good fishing, barbecue, oversized satellite dishes and disappearing beer; it is not known for genetic research, ancient rituals, or alien abduction. From the moment Cletus and Sheriff Bob drag the corpse from the fishing hole to the final moments of terror, the action is nonstop, tense, and filled with surprises.

Story
Broadway Can Be Murder started out to be a novel based on Johnny Midnight, a TV series which everyone has long since forgotten. Except, of course, that nothing manages to be forgotten in the Internet Age. I, whose job it was to knock out 50,000 words of Johnny Midnightish prose and dialogue, had forgotten when it ran and who was in it, but Google took no time at all to remind me that the title role was played by Edmund O’Brien, and that the series ran during the first nine months of 1960. I was in New York, newly married, living at 110 West 69th Street.

Story
US expatriate Bobby Ives is an aimless Vietnam veteran living in London with his girlfriend. The extremely volatile Ives is obsessed with two strange events in his past: the fact that he was declared dead in Vietnam via administrative error, and the time he experienced a vivid waking dream in which he became a zombie. Ives finds himself becoming more susceptible to uncontrolled rage; he also experiences quasi-fugue states where he lets that rage overwhelm him. In the midst of such a fugue state, he's capable of great violence. His girlfriend dies as the result of one of his rages; other victims soon follow.

This Narrator is awesome!
Imaginative story made better with excellent narration. The story is kinda like if Jeff Strand were to write Disney's Cars (or Stephen King if it were 4 hours longer :)
