Story
Learning Agile is a comprehensive guide to the most popular agile methods, written in a light and engaging style that makes it easy for you to learn. Agile has revolutionized the way teams approach software development, but with dozens of agile methodologies to choose from, the decision to "go agile" can be tricky. This practical book helps you sort it out, first by grounding you in agile's underlying principles, then by describing four specific - and well-used - agile methods: Scrum, extreme programming (XP), Lean, and Kanban.

Too dependent on companion PDF
What disappointed you about Agile Project Management for Dummies?
There is way too much reference to figures that are in the print edition, but are only included in the companion PDF of the audiobook. I don't mind occasional references, but there are a lot of these figures that are basic lists or cards that could just be read aloud. It gets the point that you lose a lot of context.
What was most disappointing about Mark C. Layton’s story?
I think the book is fine, but the presentation is pretty useless.

Excellent guide in the Agile world
Great clear ideas delivery, structured guide with lots of references. Excellent book for you if you don’t know where to start with agile, or if you’re sinking in the abundance of information you’ve digested already about it.
It’s better to use e-book/paper version, or one of those combined with audio, because the book contains lots of diagrams, tables and links to templates.

Navigation Problems
Ok - This is a technical book where one is requested part way through a chapter to go back to other chapters if one requires a refresher on a particular term or concept. That's where the problems lies in the narrative.
Part 1 starts at chapter 2 ??
Part 2 starts at chapter five
Parts are not mentioned in the chapter list - only chapters which are wholly out of sync. Fine if listening from one end of the book to the other but as a dip-in book it fails tragically
This means it is almost impossible to navigate around the product when and where suggested to in the narration

Logical and Well Delivered
I have been in project management for a long time and have heard a lot about Agile however needed a resource which would give me a thorough but understandable way to learn Agile. This audiobook did exactly what I was looking for and I am pretty sure that I will listen to it again. I may even end up buying the text based version as I think it would be a good reference document whilst taking on my first Agile-Run project. Recommended to others who are in my situation.
