Solid. Plenty of references. Light on reflection.

This is a bit like listening to a reading of a research paper. The content is high quality, and the delivery is nice enough, but the structure of the information has not been customized for audio -- So the most important information goes by just as quickly as the rest of it. Lots of rewinds to catch things that would be delivered differently in a deliberate audio presentation. I'll listen to it again.

Very informative

Very informative with details and an approach that can be applied to more than software development. Looking forward to applying these principles to infrastructure projects.

SCRUM!

This is something to get you started. It quickly covers the fundamentals. If you have no idea what SCRUM is, this book is for you. Do not try to use it for enterprise level development without major adjustments. I would recommend this to managers that want to understand what their teams are talking about. When you go into real implementation get a good scrum master or training for your team.

Agile management can be a tricky topic, some people get it and some people don't. But this book makes sure anyone can get it! It is a quick and pleasant trip across the most important aspects, most likely leaving the reader thirsting for more. Very well written and definitely an essential book for people intrigued by agile and who are hesitating to get their feet wet.

Useful!

This is a starting point for the adaptation of scrum. It's great for those in management to learn about scrum when it is to be used on a project. It can also be useful in introducing scrum to project managers and stakeholders when you need to use it.

**I move away from the mic to breathe

This narration sounds like it was done at home during a lockdown by an out of work amateur dramatics actor. The decision to read out the citations is crazy in an exam preparation book and very distracting.

The content is pretty dense but much of it is word soup and has no real value as an introduction nor any value as a tool to learn what's about to be in an exam. Perhaps this is down to poor emphasis in the narration. Even at 3 hours 1.25x speed I might have to give up.

Please stop saying moreover. 🙏
