Great information

I was a little confused because at one point whole grains causes inflammation and at other times he was saying stock up on whole grains 🤔 samething about diary and soy. I eats none of those things because overall they should not be apart of ones eating habits. overall, I got much needed information that I was not aware of🙂

Great info

I came to this audio book because I am having trouble sleeping and losing weight. First time ever hearing he effect of animal protein on my body. I will be working on implementing the changes. Grateful for this audiobook.

Disappointing/ Inaccurate/ Contradictory to itself

Did anyone else notice a lot of contradictory and in accurate information in this book?
I was very disappointed and had to re-listen to several sections due to the fact that the author was making contradictory remarks. Some of these remarks included discussion about the why one should not consume alkaline water and it’s negative aspects, yet later in the book a section was devoted to the immense benefits. Furthermore, in the section about inflammation being caused by over consumption of omega-3‘s, this must have been a mistake by the author because science overwhelmingly shows that too much omega 6 in one’s diet is it causes inflammation.
No disrespect to the narrator, but at times the reading seemed somewhat robotic. It was not hard to follow along but sometimes became distracting.

Keeping in my library to listen again over & over

The author’s way of going into detail and breaking everything down is exactly what I was looking for . Now I know what my diet & nutrition should be like. Thank you.
