Publisher's Summary

When a doctor and nurse with very different views on Christmas are thrown together on a decorating committee and bond over a special patient, they each learn the most important Christmas lesson: All they want for Christmas is each other.

Dr. Allison Hall is staring down the prospect of her first Christmas in a new town and her first without her son, who is spending the holiday with her ex. As the new doc on the block, she's on duty for the Christmas shift and glad of it. When one of her favorite patients lands back in the hospital, and it looks like this might be his last Christmas, she hopes she can help connect him to his estranged daughter.

Dante Price thinks Allison should mind her own business. He's a nurse - and admittedly a bit of a Christmas Scrooge. But when he gets put on a decorating committee with Christmas-loving Dr. Allison, he starts to see the holiday in a new light.

Soon the two are working together to deck the halls with boughs of holly - but can they pull off a Christmas miracle and reunite a father and daughter?

Beautiful, Heartwarming Love Story

I really enjoyed this story. It was a beautiful, heartwarming love story without any profanity or R rated scenes. It focuses on the true meaning of Christmas while relating to the common struggles we all have. The narration is outstanding with the male and female voices and perspectives alternating. I wish Audible would produce more stories like this one. 10 stars!

Nice Christmas Feel Good Book

It was fun listening to this book with my wife as a feel good Christmas audio book. I thought the narrators could have done a little better in their performance.

The kind of story one can sink their heart into.

All I Want for Christmas is the kind of story one can sink their heart into. From witty back and forth banter to a deeply moving emotional connection, Stimpson is right on target when it comes to invoking the feels. Flowers and James smooth out Allison and Dante's sometimes overwhelming rough edges and find the sweetness that comes from within.

Broken Here and Everywhere

I really don't appreciate the Black Lives Matter underlying message in this book. Being black myself and adopted from an impoverished country, I have come to realize that broken and hurting people are everywhere. I've seen them on the streets in the affluent US and I've seen them on the streets in impoverished Belize.

Great story shaky narration

I loved the story line but the narrators voices were very forced and not natural. I pressed through and finished the book but definitely wished there was more of an organic flow between the characters. Each word was enunciated like it was being recited rather than spoken.

Super cute story!

Adorable story full of Christmas spirit! Kept me intrigued for the most part, not many slow points, couple little cute side stories as well. Narrators both had great voices but could be a little robotic at times, but mostly just made me laugh and not enough to ruin the book or story.
