Nope

I’m a big fan of Alan Carr’s Easy Way to End Emotional Eating but this is a horrible interpretation of his methods. While there are a few bits of good sense it’s mostly “eat almost entirely fruits, raw vegetables, and nuts/seeds and like it because it’s good for you.” Nothing scientific to back up its many claims either. Very disappointed. I’d recommend Easy Way to Stop Emotional Eating 10/10.

Finished in one day!

I found myself craving the next step so I ended up finishing the whole book in one sitting. I have benefitted from Allen Carr's books on the past so, I decided to give this one the same attention as the others. There is a lot of good information overall and the delivery is spot on for driving the point home.
This is a wonderful book if you are a woman who struggles with her weight. So often that nagging little voice in the back of our head is regurgitating old lessons from our upbringing. This book aims to put those tales to rest. Get a healthier understanding about food and how our bodies react to it.
I would recommend this book to all women regardless of their age, size or struggles.

utter nonsense

The easy way to stop smoking was brilliant so I thought I'd try this. It's fine if you want to become vegan and only eat raw foods! The basic message seems to be that anything other than raw fruit and veg is poison. Disappointed

Yes, everyone needs to read this book, its brilliant!

Wow! What a great book, this book is in line with what I instinctively know and is a beautiful way to adjust mindset around food. Im finally excited and feel the freedom from my past choices and move forward with newfound confidence that loosing weight is possible thanks to my food attitude adjustments
