Publisher's Summary

When people listen to Anger Management by Daniel Travis Cooper, they will learn about why it is important to understand anger and the effects that it can have on the body both emotionally and physically. However, the listener's knowledge will go far beyond just understanding anger.

This book touches on various topics such as what stress can do to the body and mind over time, as well as ways that a person can manage their stress level. The listener will also get an in-depth look into mental disorders - those that are widely known and those that people may not be aware even existed.

Some of these disorders include social anxiety disorder, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, historic personality disorder, and paranoid personality disorder.

The book also covers topics about the different types of breathing exercises, meditation options, and everyday strategies to reduce stress. You will learn how to develop full-body awareness alongside a newfound level of calmness. There are traits that a person can develop that will match the individuals who are considered calm people. The topic of forgiveness comes up, and you will understand why the act is so important. Forgiveness should be viewed as a way to help one’s self rather than the person who acted unjustly.

If a person is looking for some tips on how to implement lifestyle changes into their everyday life, this book can help with that, too. There are some tips on how to add in regular exercise and ways to eat a healthier diet.

When a person is able to develop a clearer understanding of the human mind, it will allow people to not only understand themselves better, but to empathize with the people around them, as well. This can only improve a person’s life and the relationships that they intend to build.

An excellent way to assure this topic

Another wonderful, insightful and helpful audible from the author. His audible and YouTube videos have had a tremendous impact on me and helped my husband and me to pinpoint, discuss and work on reconciling resolving some issues that have been constantly bubbling to the surface for decades. At last, we realize how to recognize that the way we deal with anger is as much our problem as what caused the anger.

The audiobook exceeded my Expectations

DO listen this, apply the principles, and see the negative anger subside and replace with positive expressions of anger. Very helpful. I use it in my therapy practice all the time, with excellent results. But can be done alone.

I'm glad hear about those methods this audiobook

First I should establish that I'm not much of a listener and I've never listened to a self-help audible before. So it's saying something that I finished this audible in two days. Not only was it exactly the audible I needed at this moment, but it was also spoken with exactly the approach I needed to listen to.
