Anger Management offers effective tools

This was written in a manner and in details that hit me directly. With every section I grew a better understanding of myself and my relationship with anger. I wouldn't guarantee that it will help everyone, but it has helped me, and given me the tools to continue to help myself.

Absolutely essential book to understanding anger.

Absolutely essential book to understanding anger. The book is accurate, how most people cope and makes you think about the past in the present, doing a good soul search within yourself, and use techniques to manage your anger, and not manage others for your own self-health.

This is a practical book on anger management!

This is a practical book on anger management. The exercises were properly balanced. I only wish there were follow up services or online group meetings to help with putting some of the material into practice.

I wanted as many tools and resources...

When I realized I had anger management issues, I wanted as many tools and resources as I could avail myself of to address the issue and fix me. This book has been near the front of that process. The insights and tools enclosed in this work have been insightful, practical and useful. Highly recommended.

Anger is a normal and natural emotion!

I like that it explains anger in both physiological and psychological terms. Anger is a normal and natural emotion. It’s how you react to it that makes all the difference. This book gives you many tools and applications for taking back control.

anger management X 2000

the content is good, if not a bit over egged in places. the things to work on and take away - all good. the script/writing though is annoying (and something to vent anger at). the phrase "anger management" is about 25% of all the words used. poor writing and lack of imagination leading to it being vastly overused. also the choice of reader who uses 3 a's where one is normal. I want to listen to it again and again, to get real benefit, but will instead find another book with better writing and narration.
