It is really good.

It is really good. I did not think I comparatively with the rest of society had an issue, but it made me realise why I do not sleep well and explained how my frustrations are making my body unwell.

Great help.

Like audiobooks for anxiety, this relies on a) understanding the emotion and b) observing it rather obsessively. I skimmed through it and decided I wasn't angry enough to do the work. I began a "reframing" conversation and things got better.

Best book for Anger Management

This audiobook really makes you think about yourself and the way that your mind portrays certain situations. It helps to understand the origins of anger in your head and helps to find ways to alleviate the actions that go along with anger. Even if anger is not an issue for you, this is still a good activity audiobook to be sure that you manage your overall emotions and feelings in a manner that is helpful to yourself and others. Narrator difficult to understand

This book is difficult to follow due to English not being the narrator’s first language, she has a lovely French accent (I think) but many words are consistently mispronounced. This leads to confusion and misunderstanding of a serious self help book. I did sample several similar books but this was the best as it was at least a human not an automated narrator.
Please look into this audiology.

horrible narration

The narrator's accent is hard to understand, it makes the book confusing as she doesn't pronounce many words correctly, don't you have any standards when choosing narrators?
