Publisher's Summary

It wasn’t meant to be this way - she shouldn’t have fallen for my brother and left me for him. But she did. And now I’m left to pick up the pieces of my shattered, broken heart. And to top it off, they want me to come to their wedding. Do they think I’m a pushover? Do they think of me as a joke?

The old saying stands true, "Why have enemies when you can have family?"

I understand it now, better than I ever have in my life.

There’s one unexpected surprise though: Storm. She blew in just like one and makes the pain diminish. She’s exactly as her name describes her - she is a storm. A beautiful and powerful one.

But not all things are meant to last. Like a storm that wreaks havoc, some things cause anguish, and in my life she may very well be one of them.

All books in the series can be listened to as stand-alone stories.

I loved these characters and story!!⭐⭐⭐⭐

For me, this is the type of series that's just purely entertaining and delightful. Book 1 was full of angst, darkness, some violence, but so sexy and delicious. This book was different and equally enjoyable and I loved Storm. She was the epitome of an awesome heroine who was strong and sexy and couldn't help liking and cheering for. There's Echo still fighting his demons but his character figures a few things out. Characters from book 1 are thankfully a part of this book and I hate to do more spoilers but you won't shed any tears for one of these characters. You must listen to find out. Loved it and waiting for the next book. Fantastic narration and the hotness between Storm and Echo made me dizzy.💓💓💓 which handsome alpha Male is next..yummy can't wait.

ANOTHER 5 ⭐️ MEMORABLE LISTEN FROM T.L. SMITH

I loved this second instalment from TLS who has written about two characters damaged by their past relationships, she then manoeuvres them together for a ‘one and done’ night and follows up with a good dose of fireworks, blurring of boundaries, tentative beginnings, storm clouds, sunny skies and happy ever afters. It’s definitely not a new trope.. in fact my library’s got quite a few of them however, if they’re done right, I never tire of the theme because the characters themselves, their backstories and their futures are all so wonderfully different.

Owned by four friends (who have all stolen my heart), Crimson Elite is a very private snazzy Sex Club where the privileged go to ‘play’.. you can just drink and watch the acrobatic performers overhead.. or you can ‘indulge’ yourself privately or publicly with the willing women within. Each of the books in this sexy series focuses on one of the owners. However, the Club is very much in the background and only occasionally mentioned in passing and, in this book, there is only one or two brief scenes set behind its elite doors. 99.999% was Storm and Echo’s rollercoaster ride to happiness.. which is a mix of lust, sizzling chemistry, tension, angst and family drama.

Worth a credit? IMO yes.. an entertaining well-paced story with great dual POV narration. There’s a bruised but not broken alpha hero and a strong caring redhead who didn’t know what she was getting herself into when she said yes to the sexy drool-worthy stranger. With sex, passion, humor, a crazy b’ch of an ex, a family with nasty messed-up dynamics and a supportive network of four very different chosen brothers. The downside - a little bit short and I really miss an Epilogue.. but I hope books 3 and 4 will give us a glimpse of the loveable Storm and Echo again.

Not worth the credit

Not worth the credit but if it’s free in the plus category then it’s worth the time to listen but lots of unanswered questions in the story. But the Narrators did an awesome job

Subtle double standard

Didn’t like the slut-shaming of the one-sided “villain”—female character. There’s a subtle promotion of male privilege, and too many games played between the lead characters for the sake of plot. There was no need, for example, for the leading man to attend events where his brother and his cheating ex would be. A better man would simply have not bitten the hook (not attended). I was TOLD the leading man was “anguished,” but I never FELT it for him. Huge respect for the leading woman’s toughness though. She was cool. But overall not enough depth to the characters.

Oh My Heart

This book had me in my feelings no doubt. My heart ached for Echo. He gave his all to a woman and was let down in the biggest most disturbing way. Storm came through and flipped his life upside down, he never stood a chance at walking away from her. She made him believe in love and truly understand it. I love the way this story was written, and the performance from the readers was amazing!

Very interesting series.

T L Smith has hit the ball out of the park with this series! She takes you into off kilter situations with 4 guys who successfully started & run a hidden, secret, but very lucrative business. I throughly enjoyed the surprises. Very well narrated by Tad Branson & Lidia Dornet who keep ones interest expressing emotions.

Can’t wait to read the next 2 books in this series. Each is unique but excellent and could stand alone although this series in order is better.

Another great story!

I love the dual reading that was done by Tad Branson and Lidia Dornet, they both did a great job of bringing this story to life.

Echo has not had great luck with relationships, especially considering his one and only left him for his brother. In an attempt to get over his ex, Echo hooks up with a stunning redhead one night, but one night just won’t be enough. How long can a relationship of sex when needed last without feelings getting involved? And will Echo ever get over his ex?

This is another great story, I love both Echo and Storm and the growth that both went through to get to the end was so well written. Again, this book is absolutely on fire with the connection between the two. Such a wonderful book!

Great story, easy listen

This was the second book in the series’s it was an easy listen and good story line. I laughed at parts and was irritated by others. There always has to be a “villain” for a good story!

Fantastic Read!

Love Echo and Storm’s story 🥰. Storm is my kinda leading lady (no nonsense and knows what she wants). I love learning more about Echo and the rest of the Crimson Elite boys. Their bond and their constant playful banter, along with all the drama surrounding their lives, makes this another FANTASTIC read.

easy quick sexy listen, gr8 female narrator,

its a quick "simpke" easy listen. Not alot of depth, though thats just what I needex ATM. The male narrator needs to find a new job, his voice IS NOT made for voice work! Female narration is perfect. I enjoyed the characters, I just felt like there are loose ends, missed opportunities plot wise
