I really loved this audiobook

I really loved this audiobook. The beginning of the audiobook offers lots of useful information about the effects of chronic inflammation on the body, ways to reduce inflammation, foods to enjoy and avoid to fight inflammation, and more. The book is really very good and lots of useful information on the diet.
