The substance of this book was so natural to peruse and pursue. I am so much inspired and I get this book so supportive. Every one of the formulas in this book are so helpful to diminish our additional weight so quick.

This is a great beginners audiobook

I personally don't have a lot of inflammation issues, luckily but I do think this is very informative when always being on the lookout for new healthy ways of cooking and recipes. I truly think that if you do have issues this is a great beginners audiobook to look at and start with.

The conversion table is also very helpful.

All recipes look good with clear instructions and few ingredients. The only thing I find is that the salt content seems a little too much, but that you can adjust according to your taste and need. This is a great audiobook. I have Several different autoimmune diseases and therefore always struggle with inflammation. I think this is a great way to ease into autoimmune Paleo, because it mainly fits the criteria exempt for quinoa. Also the recipes are super simple to make and prep in a day, for the whole week.

LOVE this book!

The Anti-Inflammatory Cookbook opened my eyes to how I can reform my diet to not endure as much inflammation. With a thorough explanation of foods that causes inflammation and those that are anti-inflammatory, I was amazed at the true effect of what you eat can truly make or break your health.
