Extremely helpful

I find this audiobook to be very good in dealing with my anxiety by understanding the symptoms and how to deal with it through various ways so that I become less anxious or stressed. A helpful start on a continuing process of understanding a very complex mental health issue.

So worth it!

This audiobook has been so useful to me. I have worked through parts of this audiobook with a counselor and it has helped me a lot. With 5 books in 1, based mostly around anxiety, negative thinking, and stress, it contains so much value for me. I can’t believe I found this. It addresses most of the issues I have. Thanks to the author for writing and compiling this book!

Useful and helpful

I have found this audiobook extremely useful and helpful for my issues. Mainly, it has helped me understand exactly what causes my anxiety. I realized what I was doing wrong to cause myself the anxiety problems. This understanding has helped build a solid foundation for me on my way to feeling better.

Great techniques and advice

This audiobook has given me ideas and techniques to work with that relieve some of the symptoms. In fact, when I implement the techniques, I feel much better. Like everything worthwhile, it takes effort. I have taken note of the bits that I need to refer back to so I can keep reminding myself when I feel I’m slipping. The audiobook is very listenable, and doesn’t judge, but gives clear concise advice that is doable. It has definitely helped me. I’m not ready to say that I’m fully healed, but I am feeling more relaxed and my physical symptoms are so much better, I’m getting there.
